Alexis O'SullivanAlexis O’Sullivan - Vice President

Alexis is a graphic design professional with expertise in a wide range of presentation software, as well as an “encyclopedia” of available resources that can impact any presentation. These include companies that supply stock photography, video clips, advanced visual imagery (3D), video production, and much more. These assets are used to make sure our client’s presentations are on time, on budget, and on the mark.

Nelly Rubinstein - Vice President

Nelly is a graphic designer with expertise in many sophisticated graphic programs such as PhotoShop and others that are vital for creating better presentations. Nelly and her staff can create subject matter “literally out of thin air,” resulting in imagery that astounds clients and typically elicits comments including “how did you do that?” This advanced retouching expertise is imperative in creating visual communications that are right on the money.

Alan Lewis - Vice President

Alan heads up our quality control group, making sure that presentations are reviewed in detail before going out the door. In a fast food world, where there never seems to be enough time to do it right, but always enough time to do it over, Alan and his staff make sure that the necessary steps are followed in reviewing and testing all presentations so they are “as ordered,” whether they are being delivered to an audience of one or transmitted via cyberspace.
