EAB Headquarters Rental (Sales Presentation PowerPoint/Flash)

Our assignment was to develop a sales presentation tool that could be used to virtually bring prospective tenants to one of the areas most prestigious buildings, and have it used by real estate salespeople making in-person presentations to their customer base.

Solution: It was important that we “show off” the building. However we had little to work with in terms of imagery. Typically, real estate space was sold by getting the prospect to visit the building, but since these were very high end tenants, a more lavish approach was considered. To accomplish our goal, within the limits of the proposed budget, we had still photography taken that was animated in Flash to give it the feel of video. We also purchased video clips to add to the overall mood of the presentation. The Flash then opened a PowerPoint which was customized for each prospective tenant.
